POLLY SEWARD
Psychotherapy and Counselling
Hi, I'm Polly, I offer in person and online therapy in Stoke Newington
Perhaps things feel too big, perhaps too small, perhaps you have no idea where to start. I will hold a space where all of this is welcome, where we will keep finding our way through together.
Within a warm, real relationship I will carefully listen, thoughtfully challenge and deeply care as we start to explore, untangle and illuminate. Working together to reveal meaningful possibilities, towards a more fulfilling, satisfying life.
How I work
Trained in an integration of psychodynamic, humanistic and existential approaches, I specialise in existential psychotherapy; an approach that seeks to closely explore what is happening for you. We will look to understand how you find yourself now - considering all aspects of your life, thinking about your unique history, present experiences and future aspirations and how all of these influence thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I will never see you as someone to be fixed but as a person sitting in front of me, an expert on your own life.
